DELIVERY POLICY

At Funky Monkey, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent delivery experience for our customers.
You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves (this is your only way to refund an item.                                                                                         

No refund is allowed after delivery.                                                                                   

Important: Partial returns are not allowed, You must either accept the entire order or return it in full. 
Delivery fees must be paid in all cases.

We allow exchange after delivery all you have to do is:

Send back the original item.                                                                                               

Once we inspect and approve the return, you can select a replacement.
Your new item will be shipped as soon as the return is confirmed.

SALE = NO REFUNDS                                                                                                          All sale items are final sale, which means no refunds.

No checking on delivery                                                                                                    Sale items can not be checked upon delivery, once confirmed they're considered final.

size exchange? Yes - if available                                                                                    you can exchange the size only if the alternative size is still in stock, our sale pieces are limited, that's why we put them on sale, so availability isn't always guaranteed.
